I just got adobe and It won't let me get videos on because they arn't compressed???

Me and my freinds are talking....

uh...you need to expand on what you're trying to do bro...like explain what steps you're taking, how you're importing video, etc.

The only real drug problem is scoring real good drugs.

Import, File, CLick on the video and it says Unsuported Comprestion Format

it can be pretty stupid at times.. first off at you puttin it into Video B?? and. as well.. it like wav,.wmv,.avi files best

K well im jus guessing here but the file is prolly to big for the program to read so u have to compress it or somethin. So an easy was to compress a file a little is by right clicking on the file u want to compress and click on 'add to zip' then in will become a winzip file that is compressed (Win zip is not a great compression agent but it works) and jus save that file and try to use that 1 on ur programe.

no no, you are trying to import a video file that was compressed with a different program and adobe does not recognize the codec.

expand dude... what kind of file is it.. and what version of premiere...

premiere wont accept wmv files...

lesson #1...whatever program you're using to edit...import w/that program...you want raw dv format and its tagged w/an avi extension on it...otherwise...give up and gimme your equipement.

The only real drug problem is scoring real good drugs.

the program is working fine, he's just trying to make it do something that is not possible. He needs raw un-compressed footage captured with adobe and he is trying to give it compressed footage captured from a different program.
