Video Compression

I'm using Adobe Premier to cut some skiing footage. I need to compress the videos down to post them. Whats the best way to do that while keeping as much quality as possible. Right now I'm trying to cut down a 14 meg video to 5 meg.

Screw saving money, I want instant gratification now!

Sorensen Video 3 is an extremely good compressor. after that, any mpeg-4 compressor is good. (these should be preset filters for exporting, if you don't have them you can probably dl them somewhere)
