Video Camera Setup?

I use a Canon Rebel T3i with the standard lens, and a 70 mm zoom lens.

Some crappy standard tripod.

Pico Dolly

Guerilla Pod

I also have a GoPro 2.

If anyone has recomendations for a camera stabilizer for the T3i, that would be greatly appreciated.
 
sell everything but the T3i. Buy a Tamron 17-50 2.8 and a Manfrotto 701 hdv head and 099 legs
 
that's such a limiting set up. 17-50 is such a bad range for a one lens set up. i'd honestly rather have the 2 kit lenses (18-55, 55-200) than just the 17-50.

of course that's only if i had no other lenses
 
Huh, really? I would rather have one really nice lens than 2 or 3 poor lenses that covered the spectrum. Just my opinion
 
haha well i cant speak from experience, i just thought it was good hearing so many people talk about it. I would take a fast prime over a zoom anyday, but thats just me
 
really good for the price. i mean the nikon 17-55 2.8 DX is like $1200 or so. you get the same focal length and aperture for about a quarter as much, optical and build quality are different stories though
