fuckin epic, can you describe what each bottle is for, iv only smoked using 1 bottle before so i dont know about all your fancy stuff
 
Is the bowl removable or is there any type of carb? Very creative, I would worry that the smoke may stale and lose some THC, not to mention all the water is goes through filters out a bit. But I must say props to the creativity and novelty. I am guessing you can rip through some serious weight with that guy.
 
are u kidding me you wouldnt lose thc in that thing its basicaly the same thing as a hookah with weed in it, but yeah that thing looks dope me and my freinds used to do that but i lost my diamond drill bit...
 
it's kind of hard to explain, but it does get a little bit stale, however it doesn't really affect the smoking experience because it's already so smooth anyway that you don't really taste anything.....but the rips are incredibly huge. think of exhaling with a hookah.....it's a shit ton of smoke.
 
you need a corded drill and a glass drill bit. the bits are a little bit expensive, i think mine was like $12. it takes a little while, mainly because glass bottles are thicker than most people expect. try to make your holes on a flat part of the bottle because it's harder to drill through rounded surfaces. i've never tried it, but i imagine blowtorching the spot your drilling would probably help.

i made a sick fucking bong out of a goldschlager bottle. those bottles are pretty much made for bongs.
 
blowtorching might actually make the glass too hot and it could start to bubble then explode (seen it happen)

as for the goldschlager, theres nothing else that that bottle was made for besides a bong...put a little hole right in the golden seal and youre money

if you have the time to waste too (as most pot heads do) just chip away at it for a while with a screwdriver...after about 45 minutes you should have a good hole to throw a slide into
 
that contraption is fucking cool and if you dont think so you should have a little chat with your third grade teacher so she can explain to you the beautiful engineering that resulted in that pipe and how high she got when weenox gave her a shotgun and subsequently put it in her butt.
 
Not to start a flame war. But you do lose THC% when the smoke goes through water. I am not saying it is extremely significant, and I am sure the volume of smoke you can take in would make up for it. But I don't just make shit up, especially when it comes to cannabis.
 
Yes, you do make shit up when it comes to cannabis. THC is not water soluble so therefore you would not lose any THC with this contraption or any other sort of water pipe. sucka.

Joints and Waterpipes

Surprisingly, the unfiltered joint outperformed all devices except the vaporizers, with a ratio of about 1 part cannabinoids to 13 parts tar. This disturbingly poor ratio may be explained by the low potency of the NIDA-supplied marijuana used in the study, which was around 2.3%.

Disappointingly, waterpipes performed uniformly worse than the unfiltered joint. The least bad waterpipe, the bong, produced 30% more tar per cannabinoids than the unfiltered joint. Ironically, the pipe with the electric mixer scored by far the worst of any device. This suggests that water filtration is actually counterproductive, apparently because water tends to absorb THC more readily than noxious tars. Like the waterpipes, the cigarette filter also performed worse than the unfiltered joint, by about 30%. Researchers speculate this is because cannabinoids are exceptionally sticky and adhere to other solids. Hence, any filtration system that picks up particulates is likely also to screen out cannabinoids.
 
just because something isn't water soluble , doesn't mean it doesn't filter. You need to know the difference between filtration and extraction. Trust me I've been in this culture for a long time. I am just trying to share information , not put someone down.
 
the study is saying that water pipes have a lower canabanoid to tar ratio. Meaning with a water pipe, you get less THC,CBN,(active chems that make you high) in your smoke and more carcinogens and tar (the part that gives you cancer.)
 
i actually never knew that.....good thing my favorite hobby besides building bongs is smoking unfiltered joints straight to face.

yeh i was just gonna post someting about that. i was reading the cannabible the other day and it was talking about it. it basically just said that and that whe the dude takes vaporizor bong hits he takes without the water
