im sure this is a repost, but whatev. whats the best video camera, for, lets say, less than 400 dolla. as of now, i have a stupid flip video. it was nice when i got it, but im ready to move to something better. thanks

Buy used I would go panisonic gs320 or mebay if you could find it a canon hv20.
