Very Upset with bluehouses shipping/status system..

The lack of communication to me about my skis is very poor. They have yet to tell me if my skis are shipped if they exist if im going to get them, Where they are, and when they are going to get here, I ordered them back in the preseason sale and they said 1.5 months later YAH were gonna ship them now ! So it is now november 11 still no skis leaving me very upset and wondering where the fuck they are

We are very anxious to get the new skis in your hands. It won't be long now,

just a few more weeks. The skis will be leaving the factory shortly and upon

their arrival in Salt Lake we'll sort and ship as fast as possible to expedite

their arrival at your home. We still believe we are on course to ship the

products during the week of October 20.

The skis are

ready to go. What does that mean? It means your skis start shipping TODAY, Oct.

15! Basically, if you weren't having a good day, now you are. Expect a tall box

(or two or three, depending on how many skis you picked up) to arrive at your

doorstep shortly.

Update 3

Bluehouse Skis || Important MR Customer UpdateThe Good and Bad News

The good news is that we have begun shipping skis to customers who

participated in the preseason sale about one week ahead of the delivery schedule

promised at the time of the sale. The bad news is that the run on the MR's is

not 100% complete. What does this mean? It means that we will ship those MR's

that have been completed in the order in which they were purchased, and we will

continue to do so as these skis become available in production. In short, as a

customer who purchased a MR you may have to wait a bit longer to have your order

filled. This applies equally to local pickup customers, your MR's may not be

available at the upcoming local pickup events (additional pickup dates and times

will be posted shortly). We sincerely apologize if we got your hopes up by the

previous email, and hope that we can make it up to you by including a few

"extras" in your order.

In the meantime, please try to ignore those customers who begin to gloat as

to how sick the Mavens are as they begin receiving their orders. Although it may

increase your stoke to receive your MR's, I'm sure it won't help pass the time

any faster.

Again, I apologize profusely for my premature email and appreciate your

patience. We are working our hardest to make sure your orders get out as fast as

possible. Thank you so much for supporting Bluehouse, it really means so much to

us.

id be pissed if i were you, but seriously if they are MRs then i can see why you dont have them as they clearly stated they will be shipped out in the order of when they were purchased
 
yeah if you ordered MRs what else do you want to hear? It says right there that not as many came in as were supposed to with the first shipment so they are shipping out in the order of people that ordered them. Have you tried emailing anyone? They are usually really good about answering emails if you have questions.
 
Ive tried emailing adam hepworth alot... but hes quite useless from what i see... the only person i have really kept in semi-contact with over facebook is shane larsen. He is helpful but sometimes isnt very clear. Its not a fact of when i get them... Its that i dont have a order number shipping number anything like that. or even a status of where i am in the line ?
 
it seems pretty clear.

they are trying to get every sorted out, and I hate to break it to you, but you are not their only customer. If there was anything that could be done to make you happier, they would probably do it and the hard truth is that the best things in life require a wait, with the exception of mcdonalds, but Bluehouse is not a n international,multibillion dollar corporation with it's eyes set on world domination.

You might just have to take a few more deep breaths (cause the first one obviously didn't help) and wait it out. you might even get some free stuff with your skis, because they made you wait so long, which would definitely make my day...
 
relax man, you will get your skis. its out of your hands and its out of their hands. just be thankful you were able to take part in that sale because you are getting hooked up, show some gratitude.
 
i would suggest emailing shane or jared. They want to help you out and make everything go smoothly as it should. They genuinely care about every customer
 
If this is Greg then I replied to your email a few minutes ago with your tracking number. I was searching through my inbox and couldn't find an email that I hadn't replied to and then ended up finding it in my spam folder. I could only find one email that didn't have anything to do with enlarging specific body parts so if there was more than one that you sent than feel free to resend it.

If this isn't Greg then email me again because I couldn't find any others.

I was a little confused and was hoping for an update in my profile on their website about when they were shipped too. at least there was updates. they expained the MR's situation pretty clearly too. with a smaller company you gotta take into account that they are just that "small" it is gonna take a little time to get this stuff out. YOu got a super good deal on a nice pair of skis. I got mine this weekend finally and am super stoked about my purchase.

maybe wait until you ship the skis to actually charge the customer. I'm sure you have reasons to do it the way you do... but It sucks beings 3 hund poorer for six weeks and nothing to show for it. I'm super satisfied either way though...
 
Actually, this seems pretty clear cut. Your skis are on backorder, and will be shipped to you once they have arrived.

Their update is pretty clear as to this.
 
My 179 MR's just came today =D.

I still need to wait for LDCent...they are in a worse position than Bluehouse.
 
yeah dude, quit buggin'. you know you invested in a fairly new company. You'll get your skis. Give bluehouse a chance man. At the price the offered you cant expect yourself to be the only one who ordered MR's
 
Ok so now i feel like a major dick bag becuase my MRS have infact came today... Nov 12... I shouldnt of reacted the way i had and im sorry bluehouse. BUT however they really do need to work on answering emails more often and giving out tracking info

Wow. Talk about impatience...

Bluehouse is a legit company for sure, so I suggest you chill. My brother bought the districts and he still hasn't received them... but He's not bitching, one bit, because though BH has only been around a couple of years now, they have a great shipping/warrantee track record from what I've seen.

Season hasnt even really started yet, man.
