alright so last week i was trying 7's and i was doing 630's. as you can see landing sideways hurts i did this three times before quiting. and i went home that night really sore and hurt.

the next day my i go for a big floater three go corked "without exspecting it" and smash my face. on the snow. i mess up my eye pretty good blood black and blue the works.

so yesterday i was like alright i'll just stick to three's, but geuss what not i cant do them any more i get up in the air and spin either way freakin corked or i spin like a 270.

so basicly i go from almost doing 7's to not being able to 3

hm... just go back to the basics and don't think or be scared, you are going corked because you aren't committing because your scared now and leaning backwards.

don't forget to pop evenly and throw it with your whole body(hips and shoulders) as opposed to just arms or head

yeah I agree with these kids! its all in your head, you jsut need to get more confortable in the air again... stay focused on your trick and youll bag'em all as you want

yeah dude i would just buy some race skis......jp if ur going corked hunch over like a gorilla to do 3's but once u learn how to do them again stop hunching over cause it looks goofy

the pop is key when youre doing spins. remember to rotate everything together and to spot your landing as youre coming around

just take a day to calm down and do some nice straight airs, ones, and 3s and remember to POP straight up if will give u balance

I find if I'm having trouble with a trick and don't do it for a while, I'll get it first try when I decide to go for it again. Maybe it just works for me, but I think it might be worth a try.
