Vernon boys are sick!

All the Vernon boys are sick! TJ Schiller, Matt Margetts, Justin Dorey, Josh Bibby, Joe Schuster, Cam Schuster, and I'm pretty sure I'm missing some.There's gotta be something in the water in Vernon. Obviously, a lot has to do with the resorts nearby like Apex and Silverstar, the freestyle programs there, and the fact that they probably shred together, but for the size of Vernon as a town, there sure are a lot of sick skiers from there. It's gotta have like the highest pro skiers per capita ratio for any town haha.Anyone else know of any towns like this? And what does everyone think of the guys from Vernon? They sure shred hard and seem to party even harder!
 
wouldnt somwhere like whistler have the largest ratio? i dont know the size of whistler but they have alot of pros with the likes of sean and cal pettit, the treadways, mike douglass, kye petersen,hugo harrison, mark abma, and im sure id be missing more
 
Most of the skiers you just named are not originally from Whistler apart from the Petits and Kye, they just moved there to shred.
 
vernon is sooo sick. I hope I can get back out there for march break. So many kids kill it out there.
 
Yea and funny enough Im pretty sure Dan Treadway is originally from Kenora, Ont, which is a town of about 10,000 an hour and a bit away from the Manitoba boarder
 
yah I was driving through vernon last week and that crossed my mind theres like what 40, 000 people in that town and many pro skiers. I think it mostly has to do with their solid freestyle program.
 
Most of the Voleurz guys are from Vernon I think

Was in Big WHite and checked out Kelowna a month or so ago, and it seemed like a pretty chill place.
 
what happened with the Vernon guys is they were all part of a program at school where they do their school work at their own pace and ski the rest. They would all get their shit done before ski season and ski the rest of the year. and u forgot Stu Chapman and Marshall Talbot

Yeah, definitely Alberta. But still Canadian.
Vernon is sick, the park at Silverstar is usually perfect for progressing your stuff, the vibes are dope, etc.
