A canadian kid here who want to throw down in vermont for a week.

Please help..... im going to vermont for another week this year and am planning on going to killington for the mountain and the nightlife.

Is their any advice why i should go to a diffrent mountain mainly stowe and Jay Peak.

Please don;t start rambling about how each mountain sucks because all your mountains are pretty sweet.

Thanks

what are you looking for on the mtn?

i think stowe has some pretty good apres ski, but i dont know if its as good as killington. stowe has more difficult terrain, and if the snow is good i know you can do some hiking. but killy has the parks. and ive never been to jay, but i want to go so bad. this probably doesnt help much

Killington is the way to go...every hill has some sort fo nightlife but Killington especially during the first weeks of the ne wyear with college fest is always an especially good time.

Make laps on Devil's Fiddle and Outer Limits, liquid lunch at Bear Mtn., wings anywhere on the access road and than the wobbly barn or night spot for some more libations.

well, you are here for a week, why not ski at more than one resort?

if thats not possible, I'd reccomend Stowe. You can hike to a ton of of shit stuff thats pretty insane.

For nightlife, defidentally go to Killington. There's always stuff to do around there.

I'm personally not a big fan of how busy it is there, but it looks like that's what you're looking for.

Have a nice day everyone. :)

My buddy's band played at a party in Troy. They had a demolition derby in the backyard, a pig roast, and they were shootin off fireworks for the hell of it, WITHOUT any fireworks, just the noise. It was so trash.

Is their any place to hike at killy to find some secrets or is it all cord and trees.

Im more interested in decent east coast skiing. The nightlife will happen anywhere with enough apres.
