all are fantastic but grade A dark amber from Vermont is by far the best in my opinion.

a pint is 15 bucks so its a little expensive but its so worth it. go for a gallon (48 bucks) and youll be a very happy person.

I buy local maple syrup that is made here in WNY. When I move to Vermont next summer I'll buy local syrup.

I don't notice a taste difference between WNY and Vermont maple syrup. I do know this though, pure maple syrup destroys all.

I purchase the local maple syrup made here in the Catskills (NY). I've never had VT maple syrup, but I can't imagine there would be too much of a difference.

It tasted miraculously good. I must admit, though.. a bit sugary...
