yo is it really true kids in vermont are all mad chill nature loving pot heads

dont get me wrong i love those kinda kids and wish i could be in on vermont cuz i think its the illest state

but is that steriotype true?

dude, i think the number of fucking morons in vermont is equally proportionate to the size of the state, and vermont keeps about an average ratio. There are lots of cool people. there are lots of not so cool people, like everywhere else.
 
theyre proud of it too. rep the redneck with pride, i dont understand that shit. they intentionally listen to shitty music, jack deer, drive REDICULOUSLY jacked up shit trucks, wear workboots and cartharts, and drink cheap beer. what the hell posesses a man to do such a thing.

nah, kids in VT and Maine are hicks. not rednecks. theres a difference. alabama is rednecks. vermont is hicks. some similar traits, but we don't sleep with our sisters

Most of the kids in Vermont are wicked chill, but there are always some shit heads from jersey and NY suburbs who aren't.
 
Vermont is the shit.. i live just south of burlington which is a chill as city and to top it off our capital is the only in US with out a Mcy D's.

But the mountains arent that bad either with suggy and stowe, killington and jay. id say its the place to be
 
I can't understand that either. At lunch one time they were throwing cans and shit at our table and I was so confused as to why someone would be proud to be so rediculously stupid. I live in Vermont by the way, right next to Waterbury which has a reputation for red necks. But other people from there hate them. Half of the people in Vermont only live here half the year or less. Mostly were chill people.
 
Are you being serious right now? Cause we learn on some of the worst roads in NE and we have some of the worst conditions so we know how to drive. Or maybe you just hangout with autistic kids?
 
born and raised. pretty sick. but yeah when i was in highschool there was the hick group. don't know what is up with them but it's all good
 
I have a summer place in Charlotte right down on the lake(in the lake actually,its an island) and it is probably the most relaxing place in the world. I love going up there every summer. I love waking up to the sound of the water splashing up against the dock and the sight of the Adirondacks across the lake.

You live in Jericho right? My grandma used to live in that farm house with the red barn on Route 15 that now has those fucking ugly ass condos in the back yard. When my grandma lived their there was a tennis court with lights in the backyard.
 
i live in vermont and the only reason im leaving is cause there are better mountains out west. most of the people are awesome and theres a lot of pot but theres nothing wrong with that-some national rating thing named us the smartest state in the country. there are a lot of rednecks where i live and for some reason they do take pride in acting like their a dumbass especially in school but thats their deal, i think theyre hilarious actually. if youve never been to vermont you should definitely take a look
 
I totally agree with that. Coolest state by far, but the mountains and winters in the past few years have been a bit depressing. If you just want skiing go out west, bu if you want to live somewhere year round Vermont is the place to go. If you know how to deal with the hicks theyre cool people. Respect gets respect, no matter who from. Some of them are actually real cool kids that hang out with losers because they don't have anyone else to chill with.
 
o dang son, i was so pissed when they put thse condos up, i wish your grandmother could have kept the tennis courts... anyways ill bring the beer and the bitches...
 
yeah im from vt and everyone i know practically (including older peeps) smoke, but as soon as possible im getting my asss out west
