I cannot exclaim of how much I hateeeeeeeeeee their customer service. As I have spent an hour on their website and now 20 minutes on hold. As I was searching for an angry fuck you picture I found this instead

fuckin right! esp. their god damn data plan requirement for every phone that isnt 50 inches by 50 inches. jeeesus. oh and going into their store

I want to hurt all of these people on the phone. I'm going to shove shitty fucking cellphones in all of their holes. then i'm going to shoot myself with a twelve gage sawed off, get my brains all over their fucking droids and the PERSON WHO THOUGHT THE FUCKING VERIZON WIRELESS WEBSITE WAS A GOOD FUCKING IDEA
 
haha dude i know. verizon is by far the worst thing ever and everytime i walk in there i die a little. there phones are complete shit. i wish i could change service but verizon is the only service that works by me
 
i'd rather deal with verizons cust. service while getting a grown man to lick my asshole than to have such a shitty provider at AT&T.
 
Verizon > all.

Way better coverage, cheaper plans, don't try to jew you out of money like Cincinnati bell, and fast 3G.
 
agree with op. great coverage, i almost never lose a phonecall, but their customer services sucks dick i've been overcharged on at least 5 bills
