What kind of tutorial are you looking for? What do you need to know?

photoshop 8 is photoshop CS, if you look on the loading splash, it says version 8.0. its nice.

if your going to do straight vector images, use illustator, or else the pen tool would be fine. read your manual, it will have everything you'd need to know

 
how's it compare to 7.0?

its just like 7, just has a few newer things and a better browser. better colors, 16bit. i like the color matching and the shadows/highlights tools. but the browser is awesome, it just has so much you can do with it unlike past versions where it was just kinda there to pick out the pictures, you can batch the folder to output them into w/e. its great. definately worth the 170 for the update, even 650 for the full version if you haven't got it already.
