What are some good vector drawers that I can get for mac, preferrably for free? i wanna enter the bluehouse t-shirt contest but it has to be in vector format...

Inkscape has already been mentioned. You can also design in photoshop and save it in vector format. Basically it needs to be ready to screen print.
