Vaporizers indoors

when using a vape to smoke weed indoors, is there much smell at all? my dorm is sort of like an apartment so there is a kitchen and 4 personal bedrooms with locking doors. now if my roommates and i got a vape, do you think it would be safe enough to smoke in one of our rooms? or is there still a noticable smell?
 
the vapor does have a smell, but it isnt that strong and does not last long. it doesnt really smell like weed either, more like burning popcorn and herbs or something. i havent had the experience of using one in a house/apartment, i have only used them at the head shop, which always smells like weed anyways.
 
yo bro, the kids across the hall from me got a vape. I smoke on it all the time and people don't give a shit. Then again the campus security don't give a shit about anything here, so it doesn't really matter for me. but for you i'm thinking a vap is pretty safe, especially if you just crack a window for a couple minutes. you should be ight bro. there is a smell, but unless the people who catch you use a vaporizer, they probably won't know what it is, since it don't smell much like weed.
 
my friend smoked an ounce out of a volcano in a week by himself, just thought i'd share.

but yeah you should be fine indoors as long as you towel the door like someone said. that or you could just roll joints and go on nice walks
 
just smoked a kids vape in his dorm last week. if anything, it smells like burnt popcorn. unfortunately a day later the RA suspected something and the cops knocked on his door. he had everything put away already so he was good....but i mean shit, youre smoking so it still smells a little. put a towel under your door and blow the smoke into the back of a fan facing out the window. thats your best bet
 
So it sounds to me like you should towel the door, make popcorn to help cover the smell and then smoke. and then once your done you can eat the popcorn
 
if the cops come with a dog you would be completely fucked. i would wait until you get your own apartment if i were you
 
yeah thats what i thought too until campus police busted a chill sesh i was at when the ra was away
