theyre both so nasty but really never got the appreciation they deserve. I mean vanular should be making huge money but hes not and he really should be. he has the sickest landings of any skier in the world which is just a sign of how good he is. I dont know why hes not appreciated more

heres a cool video of some of his stuff. Just watch his landings though, hes lands even the hardest tricks like their a total joke to him

yeah you have a point..like i can sit here and say that jon olssen is a sick skier, ive watched his video blogs etc. and seen him ski..i can say that tom wallisch is a sick skier becase ive watched the 4bi9 edits..but I've never really seen Corey Vanular ski at all...like i cant visualize his style or anything..which is bead..because judging from that video..his style is $$$
 
Yeah, C-van is definitely one of my favorite skiers. He's got got such sick style. His switch landings in LSS are disgusting. And those 540 shifties... the list goes on and on.

I hope he's able to put together a solid segment for Berman this year!
 
vanular is super sick, huge bag of tricks all oozing with style, BUT i would not call him underrated, he gets tons of hype. the only reason he seems to not be in the public eye as much is because he's gotten hurt during the competition season the past couple years.
 
did you really wannt to say disgusting? or do I just not understand because it's some NS-slang that i dont get?
 
recognition or not, he's one of the few "pros" i still like to watch. He does things his way, he aint out trying to be something thats already happened, like most pros nowadayz
 
i believe its disgusting because of how crazy perfect his landings are. the raddness hurts mere mortals to watch.
 
yeah, he gets credit on ns, not anywhere else

but i dont think hes podiumed in a comp in awhile? and his movie segs for l1p are short, even though theyre sick
 
He and Mikal started the style that Wallish and Brogan are using.

Such a sick skier, I can't wait to see what he was doing in the backcountry this year for L1P.
 
Yup, that's what I meant.

I read somewhere once that he attributed that style to Clarke, but I must say he really has perfected the switch steeze.
 
hes by far my favorite skier. remeber shove and prove huge rail transfer on a DFD and perfect pretzel on that park city down rail...hes so good its unreal
 
yeah corey is my favorite park skier right now for sure

hes from my home mountian holiday valley to so that just ads on

cant wait to see him compete once his knee is 100%
 
yea I think he has jut been outta the scene cuz he tore his acl last winter and said he was going to be fully recovered beginning of this year. He should be back soon tho.Definately one of my favorite skiers
