anybody seen that rail at the back of vancouver tech in east van? dear lord, i shat myself when i saw it last night. i know some boarders have tried it, but have any skiers? theres a pretty aggresive ledge at the front of the school too, but i dont think its do-able

ya i go to tech i've been thinking of doing that ledge on the side, but what rail are you atalking about? the one by the track?

i didnt notice a track but theres a field there. its got 6 kinks i think. you go to tech? do you know kate mcvarish?

nah don't know one,ya I think i know about the rail your talking about, i want to do an urban jib session there with my friends once snow falls.

There are a couple of dope rails I can't wait to slide at BCIT when it snows, if it ever snows.

where are some other good handrail locations. SFU has some killer stuff as does UBC, but what are some good local schools and etc with good rails. being near a plug outlet is pretty key as is seclusion.

 
There is a SICK quad kinker very similar to the one Steele etc do in Strike three at a school in West Van. 13th street or something. We hit a mellow rail there last nite but this other one is KNARLY ! Stairs on either side.

i scoped that rail anthony b does in happy dayz, the one where he lands on grass, its in new west at some old prison, there is another good looking rail there too. all us van city kids need to get together for a rail session...

eveyone know the long-john delbrooke rail that Mike D/Dorian do in last years movies? well theres this other huge lonnnnng white rail in the front of delbrooke. it's not down a set but it's sweet. you'd need tons of run-up. you can kind of see it when you pass delbrooke on the way to grouse.

There is a sick 25 stair downhill rail at Point Grey Secondary. It doesnt have any kinks, but it has grass on the one side and a downhill inrun. So perfect. Point Grey also has its own ice arena so getting snow is easy. I'm down to do it with anybody after I move back from whistler.

I'm in for a van rail session. There's a bunch of good rails @ SFU too, if you want to make the drive up the hill, and Mike Douglas slides a rail at Burnaby MTN park in Happy Dayz.
