as a huge halen fan, it's given that roth is the only true halen frontman. however, i don't mind haggar that much. in their dvd 'live without a net', he does a good job live, and he's a good singer. they have some good hits with him like 'why can't this be love?' and 'right now'.but of course, roth takes the cake. rumor has it that halen and roth are going on a reunion tour next year, keep your fingers crossed. too bag roth has to be such a dick.

I like them both, but Roth takes the cake. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Sammy is the better singer though, and Roth is the best showman, but they both put on good shows.
Van Halen went to hell when they went with Gary Charone though, he sucked major ass.
