Actually you can ski in mauii on one of the volcanos, my sister did a report on it. For some reason the snow stays pretty much all year, but the air is warm enough that you can ski in Tshirts. It sounds pretty cool

im going to Hood River/Mount Hood in a week for a family reunuin but i get to ski the public park..... im also going to some beach (virginia/ mrytle beach or somewhere in that area) some time in august

Hey Phrosty- You are god........I just thought you might like to put that in your fat overgrown full of yourself head. Beat my 4 weeks in Argentina skiing and my 10 days windsurfing in the Gorge (mixed in with morning skis on Mt. Hood).
