I posted in regionals but I feel like no one goes there.

So.

Anyone on ns go to uwm? Or going there next year? I'll be a freshman next fall and I'm hoping to meet some skiers hopefully. Anyone out there? Itd be sick to meet some locals to shred with. I ski alpine and will probably be going to sunburst alot next year
 
I got accepted and was going to go there but opted not to. Instead I decided to go to a community college in Madison and live with my parents for two years to save money so I could eventually move to Colorado.

That's probably no help for you though lol. My older brother went there and he liked it, I have a couple friends who went too and seemed to enjoy it.

Give it a year, if you don't like it you can always transfer. Transfering ain't easy, but I've done it twice and it was worthwhile both times.

Word. So far my plan is I'm going there for a year or two to save up to transfer out west
 
I went to Carroll which is like 15 mins from UWMKE. Sweet school for sure and there are a ton of skiers and boarders there. My buddy used to help run their ski club. They normally do some sweet trips out west.

Sunburst is about 40 mins away and has a pretty dope park with 2 fast rope tows for hot laps.
