Hope some of you guys have been getting after it at Stowe recently. Despite being warm
and sloppy, conditions have been real fun but snow is melting fast...so get there this
week.

This Saturday we are able to be hopefully, weather permitting, hosting our team
competition at Stowe. The competition will be on North Slope (which skied pretty well on
Saturday, plenty of speed) and will be $5 to enter. All profits from the competition go
directly towards the cash prizes for second and third place...first place getting skis.

Format will be a jam style slopestyle competition for about two hours. At the end of that
period, the judges will decide on which eight competitors will make the finals, and a
bracket style, head to head competition will ensue to decide on the winner.

The competition is open to everyone but we will be capping it at around 50 skiers.
Signups start at 9 at the base lodge of Mansfield and the jam starts being judged at ten.
From ten to about 12 will be the time to impress the judges on overall technicality of
tricks and linking tricks together. At 1230, finals will start and awards will be on the
deck following the event.

Spread the word about this as well. Hopefully it doesnt rain too hard and the weather is
good for Saturday. Any questions, direct them this way.

Enjoy the sun,

FST

I didn't get my facebook event invite however you and the gypsy king are attending according to my newsfeed.

SIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIICCCKKKKKKI cant wait for this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!FST is the MOST best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
but fer serious how many spots are reserved for FST doodz?
i hear e will likes gypsies

25 spots reserved for fst members, the rest are open. If those 25 spots set aside for fst guys are not filled, they will be open to everyone else. So if you are at stowe, just check to see if you can register! there will most likely be plenty of spots.

then nobody will be happy. im just hoping they do their best to keep something up, anything really.

if the park melts i propose some sort of winner take all chinese downhill that involves tons of grass skiing, beer, and rain ponchos. ill bring whatever leftover orage swag i can scrounge from my office for prizing.. who's in?

just got down from the mountain, it's going fast but u guys should be good the 3 pack is fairly sketch but still hittable and actually kind of hard & icy today

they should turn it into 2 jumps and some sort of rail option for saturday. or even one good jump and a couple jibs

yea 1 or 2 jumps would be easier to hike too so u could get a good amount of hits in.

im down to film maybe a little too if you guys are cool with that? if it's just one jump i could just post up for a little on the deck and just get some general shots

Any scoop on the conditions yet for the comp? Planning on coming out to take photos of the event as long as the conditions aren't terrible.

North slope has by far the best coverage. Jumps were actually pretty sick today, i was reallly surprised.

fuck i wish i wouldve known about this before. its 3 in the morning and if i want to make it in time i have to get up at like 7. i set my alarm so if i get up at that time, i think ill come
