UVM Transfer

whats up guys,

I'm looking to transfer into UVM next year and I wanted to see if I could get some info. I'm from jersey but currently go to school in pa but I'm trying to make it up north asap. I wanted to see how the school is and what the freestyle ski team is like. Hoping to join if I make it up next year. If anyone could give me some info on the school that'd be sweet! Thanks

UVM is dope. I'm a freshman here now, FST and the ski and snowboard club put in a lot of work to host rail jams on campus every year and you can get some nice deals through them. I ski at bush and mad river this year with the three way pass and its been unreal. you get the best park and the best pow on the east. come thru

Three way pass is Sugarbush and Mad River, there's an option for just Mt. Ellen at bush which is the "third mountain". I've never skied Jay, which I hear is amazing of course, but Mad River is definitely the best terrain I've skied on the East. There's just nothing like it.

Smuggs and Stowe, especially Stowe have access to the biggest back/slackcountry in Vermont, being located on Mount Mansfield
