Ok my client is going super slow. 9(91) seeds and im only downloading at 30kB/s. I tried finding new settings and played around with it from web forums but cant really find anything that works well. anyone got any input??
 
Your only connected to 9 seeds, that is'nt alot for a public tracker as they will not be sharing much bandwith with you, generally public trackers need a lot of seeds because people uploading to them are pretty much retards, hence why your only getting 30kbs.

However it might help if you havnt done so allready to open the port you use in bittorrent on your router. You can find out the port your using in preferences in uTorrent and go to www.portforward.com and there should be a step by step guide to setting your router up to allow you to connect to more people.

Depends on the health of the torrent as well as who is seeding. You probably just don't have a good combination of health and seeders vs leechers.
