utah has enough people already.. so go to CO! But, for college, I'd say UT is the place. You can be responsible, AND still ski everyday because everything is so close.

well this year it was really warm with below average snowfall, last year was alot colder with above average snowfall. but there is enough snow made in the main parks that you won't see any changes, on a bad snow year, till after the spring breaks are done, like april.
