have you all heard about the lawsuits surrounding the band and the government organization? the usps sued The Postal Service for copyright infringement. so now, the usps is basically forcing the awesome indie band to sell out and do all kinds of commercials and shit. Thoughts?

I read that in Rolling Stone. I was just confused as to why a government agency would sue a popular indie band. Then I stopped wondering and figured it out because I'm a dumbass. They want kids to start mailing letters instead of emailing eachother. This is just phase one.

^^when they sued them, they made deals for the band to do all kinds of promo and shit, and they would get to keep their name and have their cds sold at the outlets. that was the termms of the lawsuit
