Use of the word "finna"

I just heard a white kid say "finna" at my 99% white catholic school in IOWA. What I want to know isn't the definition, but when its okay. He said it seriously too. I don't know what to think and this is the obvious first place to come.
 
At my school the term "finna" is used as "I'm gonna". Its retarded when I hear kids talking to their friends like they're black saying "oh yea bro finna get turnt as fuck wanna come to my place?" I predict it will stop being used next year

There are people out there who would say that you sound like a barbarian for saying someone sounds "retarded as fuck" or is talking "like an uneducated asshole." It's all relative my man, just let them do their thing.
 
It's never ok for anybody to say finna. It makes you sound retarded.
