this last season i started competeing in the skiers slopestyle and halfpipe divisions of usasa competitions, it costs about 60 dollas to join and ski in all the competition and the age divisions and 15 and under and 16 and over, but there were very few ppl how competed so, if ur in the region, which i think everyone is, u should consider competing next year

Yeah, except guess what, there are no ussa half pipe or slopestyle comps in Montana. There is Big Air, Aerials and Moguls. I did USSA Big Air last season, and it was really fun.

I hate it because it looks like it should be called the Prison Shower.

Its a snowboarding comp thing. They let skiiers do it too though. This is what the Ussa needs to become, or im leaving. Fucking uptight white men that cling to their race skis with a slalom helmet shoved up their ass. GRRRRRRRRRR.

Yeah, USSA is fine. If you actually travel, and go to competitions, and are good enough to be at the same level as the kids taking top threes, its actually fun to have some real competition, not the same 4-5 guys at every local comp.

They have no slopestyle comps in Ussa in northern division, because of the amount of judges you need. I like slopestyle comps the best, and thats why im a little pissed.

Nobody in the area who judges knows freeskiing. As long as you ski well, and make things look pretty you do fine. Dont try big shit for no reason, do solid, stylie tricks, and you'll win around here.
