US plans air strike on Iran

Yah pretty much everyone needs to chill out. SOME media outlet publishes SOMETHING like this every few months just to see if they can generate a little shock value with it.
 
Yeah I was just about to say, I think this would have gotten coverage in an American or British news outlet if it was credible.

Now I don't doubt that there are plans for attacks on Iran if necessary, satellite images with sketches of where missile sites are and such.... In fact I hope there ARE plans, if the need should arise; otherwise it's like getting caught fucking daddy's little girl..... there's hell to pay.

But, the question is not whether the plans are there or not, but whether the plans have any realistic chance of being put into action. I think that in Iraq we've only cracked the lid of Pandora's box....... attacking Iran would let all the freaky shit out of the box at once.......
 
They just announced that they have plans not that they are doing something yet.

I'm going to assume that 80% of people on this site are American, and therefore I'm glad to see that 90% of that 80% agree that this is an absolutely absurd idea on the part of the Bush Admin. Fuck I wish US democracy was actually working, its time to scrap some of the archaic laws and "moral" ideals that enable people like Bush to govern such an awesome country of mainly awesome people!
 
Another point, I don't think The US went to Iraq to gain Oil to boost the current US economy at home, but to control the oil fields, to have a monopoly on them if you will for the future. The US has plenty of oil to sustain itself well into the future - the idea is to control the majority of the oil reserves of the world, so people will have to come to them for the oil, and therefore once oil back home has run out, they can still have as much as they need to continue running the country, and also substantially bolster the future economy from the money coming in from countries that have to buy oil from the US. IS this accurate at all? It was one idea I heard in class.
 
wow well an air stike is better then sending troops, much less dirty.

correct me if im wrong but hasnt the U.S. been playing war games with iran for the past 3 months

In other news: I stayed at a Holiday Inn Express last night...enjoy long walks on the beach...and saved thousands on my car insurgence by switching to Geico.
 
Pfft, I don't even use Geico. If I could, I wouldn't even be pay insurance. It's the biggest scam going.
 
Its rediculous. I noticed immediately months and months ago that america was doing the EXACT same thing they did with iraq. Turn the media against the ruler, acuse them of carrying or developing nukes, completely ignore their opinion, and go to war. Expect more terrorism, were putting the entire islamic world against america. Goddam, shit is gonna be fucked up.

Yes they have, well longer actually. Iran has been fucking around too much for too long, and bullshitting all the way. Just 3 weeks ago Irani militants were caught by British soldiers smuggling weapons and materials to develop nukes over the border into Iraq. Then the Irani president closes the borders from Iran to Iraq and claims they were never involved. Bullshit.

Iran also thinks it necessary to go forward with massive uranium enrichment projects for the last few years, which is step 1 for building nuclear weapons (and thats about all you can do with it too so it's kind of obvious). The UN say "Hey Iran, stop being stupid and cut that shit out." Iran says "What shit? We are just messing around thats all." The US and UN have formed agreements with Iran for them to halt the sudden rapid production, but Iran has been dragging their feet for months. This is a bigger problem than most have mentioned. The US is showing 2 barrels, and hopefully this preperation makes Iran halt production before the entire Middle East goes into a race for nuclear power just for the sake of safety, like another Cold War. It really sucks when a country is forced to develop nukes for defense just because some dumbass Iranian president decides the start pointing them all over the place.

I have many people over there right now, so I am going to respect what they are doing until I have to go. Hopefully Iran will back down and this won't escalate.
 
Well oil is sold on a world wide auction, and if the US was controlling it, gas wouldn't cost $3 a gallon here and 40 cents a gallon there.
 
the most alarming thing is the religious extremists in iran that believe an armageddon needs to happen in order for paradise to arrive. about 1-million+ people need to die in the eyes of some iranians
