Urgent Dub Flat Help

I would have put this is the tramp cult but I'm only going to tramp camp at my gym for another 3 days and i really need help with learning a double. I guess i just picked dub flat cuz i thought it would be easiest. What are some easy doubles? I don't really know whether to go really inverted or spin a lot but go less inverted. Basically, which dubs are easiest?
 
as a trampoline expert (jk), i can confirm that double flat is NOT the easiest. double front = easiest to throw but sketchy landings

/static/images/flash_video_placeholder.pngdouble bio (or sw double rodeo) = my first dub and esiest to throw. start by rodeo 5 --> rodeo 5, keep spinning til u land on ur back --> jump super high and try and huck that dub rodeo by spinning the same way u did in the step before, but u gotta tuck and commit fearlessly. that is the key to landing dubs.

I always throw dub flats super hard, then after my first rotation I realize im fliping way to fast, open up, and eat shit. good luck.

Well on the trampoline they become quite similar. While doing a double bio, ur feet usually never go above ur head, which is difficult to do on both rotations of ur double. The sw double rodio is thrown forward, just like the bio, but instead ur feat do go above ur head, which is easier to do. I still prefer the double bio because the rotation feels
 
Much more fluid as opposed to the sw double rodio where u can realy tell a part the first flip from the second one. Hopes this clears up what's-his-name's post about them not being the same
