Urban skis advice

Hey NS. I'm looking to get into some urban stuff this season because with La Nina we're supposed to get a dump of snow in the city. I'm looking for some advice as to what kind of skis I should get and how tall they should be. I know urban skis can get trashed pretty quick but should I consider getting another pair of boots in case the same happens to them? And are there any differences one would want to have between strictly urban skis vs. park skis (length, width underfoot, etc)? Because I'm prob also gonna want to use these in the park on those non-powder days.

I'm 6'2" tall at a meager 160lbs (72.5kg). Currently I ride 2010 Kung Fujas at 179cm and Salomon Shogun boots.

Thanks

buy someone's used park skis, like a 170-180 size, def don't want bigger than that. urban skis are usually just park skis in shit condition, and many people sell their old shit in b/s/t super cheap, listed as urban condition. imo its stupid to pay retail for urban skis.

this. basically you dont want to pay for brand new skis and land on concrete basically every hit. look around B/S/T and see if there are anyones old park skis for sale. i wouldent want anything bigger then 180, since urban stuff is usually really tight and small jibs
