Anyone know of some good rails in the Lehigh Valley/eastern PA area? A dear friend of mine and i are tryin to find a good kink to hit saturday.

Also, post some pics of good rails in the area and their locations.

KT you may be getting 2-3 inches to help ya wit that!! just thought id let ya know im thinking of doing urban as well

I think you guys have all seen this one. We are soaping it first for cheap insurance, no one has proven to us that aluminum doesn't slide.

it doesnt slide. trust me. i tried a rail at moore elem. last year and slid maybe 3 inches of it before i stuck really bad, and thats on skis that dont even have edges.

about 90 mins south of you. PM me for details. We have 2 10' aluminum down rails in the back yard - so far so good. justo was it cold out when you tried that rail?

tell them you know me and joe...

at the very top of campus, theres this rail that goes down a 20 stair or something, than flat for a while, than it kinks a flat left, then theres a tree that is in such a bad spot cause if you fly off that left kink, youre done...than it goes down like 4 stairs, flat, 4 stair, flat, 4 stair, flat and ends.

its right across the street from that really mellow down rail.

anyway, back to my story. that big rail i just described...this kid joe hit that right as the 2.5-0 rolled up. he was going down and we were all stoked, the 2.5-0 was yellin "stop that!" than joe got to the end and we went fuckin nuts. security was stunned and decided to let us keep skating campus. best day skating ive ever had

yeah i tried it when it was cold out. i think it was snowing actually. and dan, are you serious about the name dropping? you think that will keep us in the clear? i've got some stuff scoped out up there...

we went back a few weeks later and got stopped again, we told them who we were and they let us stay. im not saying it will work, but theres a good chance.

Theres a Toilet seat factory in Scranton that has a 40ft Down Rail, and a 6kinker. The 6 kink rail has a light mounted onto the one handrail, so you have to hit the left handrail, and if you do it on a saturday night, very low chance of getting busted.

I really wana hit some rails. Lehigh definitely has good shit, i've skated there but everyone's right..the bust factor is huge. anywhere else in the area that could be done w/ rink snow?...i think some of the rails at lehigh would be alright to hit at night during a storm, but we need a shit load of snow.

Almost positive that whole area is patrolled by two state cops. I don't know if Orefield has its own police or if its part of Whitehall or what, but I know Schnecksville and those areas are policed by two state cops who are seldom seen anywhere off 309.

try lafyette college pretty sick rails there scattered around so you'll have to look for them , but Ive gone there late at nite and skated for hours without getting caught

i have a rail thats kind of like that, like the ones that have no stairs about 1 minute away from my house except it has about 3 or 4 mellow kinks in it and its a little shorter than that

how come i never know about people riding/skating laffeyette? come on, you people got to tell me these things. get a big session going. ill show you some secret spots.

don't even bother with lehigh. they are handing out tickets now by bethlehem cops. buddy picked up a 300 dollar fine for manualing across a bench

check kutztown u. (little snowboarder mullen knows the good shit)

how about in allentown near muhlenberg on the hill?

oms is bomb...cops never come by there, and most of the rails are lighted and out of sight of 309...the one next to the field house is pretty dope...i went to school there, their pretty chill

terhune elementary school, those long white rails with really small kinks in them, there r like 4 rails, but i no some of thme have trees tied to them

theres an amazing urban at Liberty HS's stadium. its a d-f-d. we were there for a track meet and i took some pics on my phone. i'll get em on here soon.

i've seen that rail before...the flat part is soooooo tiny though, you'd def have to hop the kink or you'd be fucked. it's like 20' flat to 3' flat to 20' down and it's so steep and quick.

there is a rink right by lehigh in the southside. the bust factor is pretty high at lehigh because they have a shittt load of cops who are real cops and not rent-a-cops but if you go to the remote parts like in the upper corners or the back side of the campus at the top of the mountain you should be legit late... i heard rumors that the rink i was talking about packs their snow into blocks though but idn
