Urban rails and consequences

what is the worst thing that can happen to you if you are caught by cops doing an urban rail or filming someone do an urban rail.
 
You get arrested, fined for more money than youll ever have and get sent to prison where you will most definatly become the bitch, and incase you dont realize this someone will for sure tattoo "bitch" across you forehead.
 
you can fuck yourself up pretty bad on urban stuff. especially if you dont know what your doing. as long as you do stuff thats not crazy over your level then you cant get too messed up.

usually youre told to stop and leave. just act like you didn't know it was a bad thing and thats about the worst that can happen. you could get fined, too, but that doesnt happen too often.
 
i can't quite remember. One was tresspassing and the other was something about damaging public property (and they were skiing, not vandalizing or anything stupid).
 
im just wondering because this seems to be a good summer for urban and were heading out to do some. my first time filming urban so im cautious, ive already been arrsted twice so its not good
 
Well they are hitting a rail, and by doing that they are removing the paint and shit from it, and dent it or something. That's why it's vandalism.
 
As a filmer, I dong think anything can happen. You arent doing anything wrong, really. You're an "accomplice" maybe? I dunno. Ask one of the newmanadmin guys
 
normaly you'll be asked to leave. i know a couple kids who got tickets but they cost no more than a parking ticket. and if you do get a ticket they are pretty easy to argue in court. because the connection between skiing and vandalism isnt too direct
 
I love how they have the signs that say no skateboarding or skating here. Then I just think to myself, well they didnt say no skiing. Use that as ur excuse.
 
i dont think shit would happen. the cop would ask you to leave at the most. skaters dont get arrested for boardsliding handrails
 
you get charged with tresspassing (private property), vandalism (ruining the paint), and anything else they can think up (curfew, etc.)

you can end up with some pretty hefty fines, but usually they just yell at you, kick you out, and get your info so if you get caught again, you're fucked

i've made up fake names and such before and gotten away with it, but i wouldn't really recommend doing that
 
damn that ass is fat. just wanna hit it, and quit it if it's on like that. never eva have to call you back.

you just ask to leave the place thats it, bullshit about the $$$ and going to jail....altought never happened to one of us and we did more than 2 jibs....
 
My nieghbor got stabbed 3 times last night from asking some kids to leave a party... I guess it couldn't be worse than that.
