Urban on campus a bad idea?

technique.

im going to college next year and almost every campus is like an urban heaven. is it a horrible idea to try and hit urban on campus in the winter? i feel like security will be up your ass in a matter of minutes.

anyone have experience with this?

security depends on the school. if you find spots that don't get a lot of traffic and you go late at night, you probably won''t get hassled.

when i go to college im def picking one that has good rails hahah and mayb a little hilly to help me out

Cornell had mad urban on campus, i was stoked everytime we walked up staircases on our tours

depends on the school..in my experiances they dont give a fuck and just tell us to clean or shit up when where done haha

depends on who the security is. most of the time if the students hold those jobs they're pretty chill and will usually only tell you to leave if they have orders from their uppers.

campuses have the sickest urbans. its like theyre teasing you.

best bet is to avoid security and you should be fine

most of them the rock is so loose you cant climb up them, but there were some cool ones we hiked in after the tour. really amazing stuff, definitely something to check out

nope, killed fordham in the middle of the day this year with no problems. and our security doesnt even let you longboard on campus. for some reason they just couldnt even grasp the concept of skiiing on campus.

my high school campus has the dopest down flat down, but im totally afraid ill get expelled. thats how gay my school is...

thats shitty bout the boarding. what else is there to do once the snow is gone?
at toledo they don't really care, as long as the rail isn't in front of a hospital, which kinda confused me because wouldn't that be a logical place in case someone got hurt?

im still in highschool but there is a college in my town. the security comes pretty quick and just told us not to come on campus for a week or something. maybe it would be different if i was a student there. try it once and see how it goes. you cant get in that mcuh trouble

yeah but try and do it and your probably gonna be screwed, you get in so much trouble here for doing it, ridiculous

i hit an urban rail on campus this year and i got like 4 tries before an RA came out and told us to leave or he was calling the cops.

my school has an actual terrain park in the middle of campus, they bring in all these rails from the resort, and have a crew that puts it all together.

Me and a couple buddies hit a rail at the UWM campus two years ago. the security guards saw us building the in run and jump on and walked away, they saw us hitting the rail once and walked away then the next time they came by they told us to leave (in a non-angry voice). So i'm sure it depends on the security guard but if someone calls you in on campus then they have to kick you out, probably without any tickets or anything.

kinda all depends of when you do it, we have tried to hit some stuff of u of u and it can be very hard to hit stuff

hahaha when I went on the tour there I wanted to ski down that big ass hill so badly, and yea theres a ton of urban opportunities there

well when i was in college, at washington state, some snowboarders came to film urban with Think Thank. they sessioned like 2 or 3 spots after 11pm in the middle of campus and next to dorms and had no problems. not sure if it's the same everywhere, but i dont think you'll get into too much trouble regardless

just ask the security officers. if one says no, ask another guy. usually you can find one that will be fine with it. then figure out what nights are good and bad based on who is working security.

I go to Plymouth State and although this winter sucked for snow whenever anyone would set anything up we just seshed for hours on end.. no one cares.

niiice i mean i think snowflex in virginia is better and closer for me i think theyre inhancing the features for this year too

really depends on the campus and what college, I go to a big school with a small campus and really gay security/cops. There are so many sick handrails around but they patrol all day and night. Your best bet would be trying during x-mas break when everyone is gone and security is really low. If your at a bigger campus with chill security you might get away with it.

I'm planning on applying to University of British Columbia in Vancouver, not only because its a really good school, but because its like and hour and a half from whistler where you can stay at UBC dorms for 20-30$ a night and student seasons pass is like 500$.

My old middle school has a down rail that Bobby Brown filmed on. Oh yeah, he went to my elementary school, middle school, and high school also. /claim
