urban lighting

ive been scoping this urban rail for a lonnggg time... and its right outside a church parking lot, and there's no lighting at night, and the only thing, because i cannot drive, is to maybe get a battery powered outdoor light? where can i get one, or what do you use?

I bought a lite with two 500 wat hallogen bulbs on a stand at homedepot fro 50 bucks. it is very bright, but must be pluged in. you just have to find a plug. oh and get pleanty of extention cord. I have 100ft but that isn't always enough.
