There is a pretty big down rail behind Racer's Edge I have always wanted to see someone try, you should ask them if you can hit it.
 
I have hit the one behind racers edge at night, they don't let you do it at all if you ask them, so just go for it. Make it quick though, because the cops really like to patrol main street late at night.
