How do you make an urban handrail really slick. Any auggestions or tips

go really fast. if your going fast enough it doesnt really matter but you could spray it with WD40.

spray it with WD40.

that can make it much stickier when it dries out, I'm taking deadly sticky, it will feel like you're trying to slide rubber. Best is to rub snow on it to get moisture on the rail just before you hit it, take a little rust off too if there is any by sliding your ski on it.
