soooo toronto has snow, who feels like hitting some handrails tonight? or later on this week?
 
haha word me n my buddy set up a trash can jib in a park on sunday at like 4... then some rando guy with dreads came up to us and asked if he could hit it - we said yes, and then he just busts out this snowboard and jibs with us
 
does anyone have anything in the form of a drop in? theres a sick dfd right outside warden staion on st.clair(you can see it from the train east of the station)

its super low and slick but has nothing in the form of an inrun

Also, the rails at the front are small. I'm looking at it from a photographers perspective(would probably look prety sweet on video too). This rail would be epic if you slid the whole thing clean, or gapped over it onto the hill.. but alas I havent met anyone who will hit it :(
 
ya because theres a 20ft drop to flat! and i agree with kwebb, the rails out fron are better for sure, wouldnt say those rails out front are small either...

I guesss thier ok, heh. If there was a person on the middle section, the top of thier head would just be starting to get cut off by where the cieling is in the photo (for a sense of scale)

dude if your taking a shot your going to work your angle so your not cropping the dudes head off, so thats not really an issue...but the robbing shit sounds pretty lame
 
Sweet, thats what I wanted to hear. Keep in mind I suck and would only be taking pics, haha. It's near/in Toronto.. I'll probably be up there next week with some friends who ski. I'll see if they want to go check it out and I can show you where it is.
 
Those arent the words anyone wants to hear. I am deep in the tunnel right now too dude, zammy tonight and tomorrow, but I think I can see a light.

Don't lock yourself home this year, education is supposed to open doors, not melt snow.
 
hmmm... that'd take a while to set up and it's got pretty high consequences, I'd rather not end my season.
 
that's right where my school is down the street. my buddy and i are scoping out the rail but it's all banged up and bent... and yea ppl got robbed in christie pits too...
 
haha dudes, the chritie pit thugs are under raps, one night in the fall 13 of them got arrested and charged. they were stealing stuff from everyone that walked through the park by hiding in the trees. that is seriously radical and ghetto. i crossed to street to be safe.
 
meh... a bunch of guys gr. 9s got robbed right at bathurst - kinda close, but like 3 guys got caught.
