Uploading videos

everytime i try and upload a video it bring up this little box that says uploading with a bar.. then it goes away. then i think it is uploaded but i cant find it in recent videos...? im struggling. help?
 
hmmm it usually automatically reloads the page into the one where you can tag the video in...
try going to the video upload page and clicking the tab up top "⇒ (3) Tag Videos "
