Uploading/insert picture issue?

so i was wondering if anyone else is having this problem:

when I try to click on the little icon to insert (and upload) pictures on to posts, nothing happens. I'm using firefox. I noticed that none of those little buttons work in ff, but they do in internet explorer. Is this just me?
 
Sometimes it just does not want to work the first try. Close it down, and re open it again. Should work.
