it used to be that to add a picture i went to the media/pictures section, and the option to upload was on the right under the categories. and then to delete one of my pictures, when i would look at my media there would be the red "X" i could click and it would be gone. i'm wondering if these options are unavailable because that part of the site is still yet to be updated, or if it has changed?
