So, a certain girl and I did successfully snowcave it up. We did it in Breck instead of Vail because the snow was so bad and we didn't want to waste our Vail days. So even though we could have stayed at the house in Breck, we did it for the hell of it. It was such a good night... whoever said we would die and it wouldn't work can go fuck themselves. We shared a -15f bag and threw anouther -15f bag on top of us. With a candle lantern burning all night (nice and romantic candle light...mmm hmm) and the two of us sharing a bag it was plenty warm. We're doing it again sometime real soon. It was SUCH a good night.

Snow caves are soooo sweet. Just building one and then like chilling in there all day and like smokin one. I was thinking about hotboxing one but i didnt want it to collapse with the heat

I knew a guy that lived up in little cottonwood in SLC for a whole year cause he was saving up money to buy a kayak. haha He had to hike in and out of where he slept every day. crazy shit craaaaaazy shit.

No worries with the heat man. It will melt a little bit of the roof and soften it up, but then it will refreeze and be twice as strong. That is why you burn a candle for a little while or all night.

ya a few me and some friends are making one soon to blaze in during the day, and also as a chalet because the chalet is so damn hard to get to. all we need is a shovel
