So... if our season follows the west coast of Canchuck like it usually does, we're in for a LOT of snow this year (fingers crossed, touch wood, hope and pray!)

Where all you cats gonna be riding this year?? Unfortunately still stuck in Auckland so it's going to be the bulletproof ice of Whakapapa but shipping out to Vancouver in December, wikkiD!
 
dunno just saw that season passes for cardies were $470 so thats waaay too much, maybe snowpark. going to whistler next summer.
 
Nice, looks like I picked a good season to spend down in wanaka. Got my visa applications sent through today, so I'll be getting that in about 4 weeks. Flights are booked (getting in to auckland on april 27th), visa's on it's way, so everything's set to go down there. Now I just have to make it through this semester without failing.
 
about time we got some real snow. especially after last year. im repping TC and Snowpark this year. dunno about cardies yet.
 
I'm also looking for a place to live, as close as possible to snowpark... anybody interesting in flatting?

I can imagine prices in wanaka being really high thogh, being a tourist town

oh and when should I get season passes to snowpark, is there a cutoff date? or a date when it gets more expensive?
 
yes and yes.

Cut off dates already been 4 cheap snowpark passes, but hasnt yet for cardies and TC
 
that sucks nuns nunts about snowpark early bird. flattin in wanaka isnt that bad if you get in little before season starts. im goin to be wanaka autumn flattin a sortin out big house so should be room mark
