Unwanted in the parK!

yes we as freeskiers get it alot although we hav to let the beginers in for that is what seperates us from the snowboarders.....altough i hav wanted to stab a few people here and there with my pole

go out and ski

its funny when the kids try to go straight on an up box and they dont have enough speed and fall back down uisually catching the lip and falling over or when there are boxes that drop down and they're going on straight so they get to the dropdown and fallover.

yeah right dumbass, we are not trying to dis these kids, i am just saying its kindof sad when you see a skier bombin down the trail to hit the 50 footer and bust some crazy ass spin and then you see a dad in front of the jump watching his 4 year old girl try to snowplow down the landing in her pink jacket. now say that kid burnin down the hill lands on her coming out of a 900, the fucking ski could slice her head off, bottom line is, kids are dumb, and they shouldnt be in the park unless they know what they are doing.

i especially love how there's always tons of clueless people standing on both sides of the pipe blocking your run in and then they drop in when you're going. but i do find it satisfying to yell at them to get the fuck out of the way

ski killington

the worst ones are the little kids who ski up the jump, lose their speed, come back down it, fall and start crying. The people who yell at you when you almost hit them because they are on the landing, or the people who go off the jump, case it, double eject and fall down the landing, leaving their skis at the top of the jump.

I was at a crappy park in North Carolina with 3 rails and one jump, so this gaper dad has one of those ski leash things for his 3 year old gaper kid. He decides to take his kid on the jump(somewhat small, but a lot bigger than the kid). He doesn't have enough speed and the gaper kid doesn't either. The gaper dad sidesteps up the landing, killing the jump, then proceed to drag the gaper kid by his leash to get him up the jump.

I in michigan and i was bout to drop in a crappy "half pipe" and the ski school person decides to take all of the kids through it from the middle of the pipe. All of the kids ski down the half pipe wall and proceed to snowplow to the bottom, except for one pussy ass gaper kid. The little kid won't jump, so the ski instructor takes off his skis, puts them on top of the wall, and climbs up the wall to get the little bitch. the kid was crying and shit all because this retard ski instructor decides that "the half pipe is fun, the kids won't be terrified to jump off a 10 foot wall of ice, even though this is the first time theyve ever skied. I took 10 minutes for the retard to figure out the kid wouldn't jump. it was gay.

Imagine the ns outcry if u(lateralis) were banned. There would be countless threads and petitions to bring u back, it would be like when treadway got banned from whistler. Someone would probably make and sell 'Free Lateralis' stickers and shit. -j

i was in the halfpipe , riding up and down it and some stupid kid comes straight down it, crashes into me, and I broke my hand and bent my pole the guy acted like it was my fault

Yesterday at the park some kid had fallen directly under the S box. and he just sat there for a good 5 minutes. Some snowboarder came bombing down the hill and hit this s box and just about fell off and hit him what a stupid kid.

its a really bad problem where live. because there isnt that great of actual skiing, so the parks the only place that kids think is fun. we usually end up having one person ski ahead of everyone else, waste a run, and yell at all the little kids to stay out of the way. It shouldnt be that way tho. i hate this situation, but its a really hard problem to fix.

^what about visiting people from other resorts? they dont want to buy a park pass for one day, that they dont know if the parks even going to be any good or not.

and even if it is good, visiting skiers/boarders pay $40/50+ to come skiing, they are going to expect to ski whatever they want for that money. Park passes have disadvantages. our mountain has already thought this over. its almost like you need a person letting people in and judging who is fit for the park

i perticularly love it because the park says NO RENTALS, and if they get hurt its there fault not mine. so just go hit shit without a fear and land on them if they so dare to go up on the jump

this friday the worst happened to me, i was bout to drop into the pipe when the mom and her little kid(with one fo those harness/leash things on, went around the drop hill and went down teh center of the pipe. it was super warm out that day and they just made a mess of what was left of the walls.

also last year up in VT i was bombing for a jump and some kid stopped on it like right after the lip and i fuckin had to clear him, i saw him like last minute and crushed myself on the landing cuz i didnt want to take his head off with my skis.

I hate it when your lining up to hit a rail and some kid or gaper cuts you off just to go off the side of the jump! AHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I can't imagine how many times it happend to me. I hurt 3 beginners skiiers, 1 neb snowboader, Yelled after 126895200 dumbasses to get the fuck out of the park because they can't ski.

The only excuse they can come up with is"I didn't know there were is a park here."

Responsability,what's that?

Ya that happened a lot at my mountain. Two things that helped it out alot was

1. Ask your mountain to split a specific part of your terrain park to beginners. This will seriously weed out alot of people.

2. Educate those who go off sides of rails, turn on landings etc. and tell them to go away. Or tell them to start small. or whatever. It usually just ends up with you scaring some old/young/cheecky bitch guy outta the park.

'Its pretty sad when your penis is longer than the amount of air these little kids are bragging about.'

We have a baby park,no one uses it.

I tell soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo many people and they just come back for more.

Just to think that the 3 Phils came from here(Le Relais).

Responsability,what's that?

It depends on the park. If it's a small park with 10 foot tables and i'm just warming up i generally just go with the flow. If these types of people are doing the pizza on the inrun of a 50footer I'll loose my temper. If someone is sitting on the landing of a jump and i'm falling 15' out of the air to the landing i'm not bailing out, I"m taking them out. At all of the parks in tahoe there are 'smart style' signs telling people to keep moving and be aware of people up hill of them.

Success often walks side by side with sacrafice.

i just hate snowbladers because at my hill they think there the best/and also litle kids in the landing ang whit there grandparents and if u go close to them u get yelled at

this is a huge problem here at horshoe. pisses me right off.

about 5 oldies come carvin it up down the side of the pipe (about 10 feet wide) all slow and whatnot, and where sittin there about to drop in, and they stop, and ask us not to stand in the middle of the run! so im like bitch please, this aint no run. this a fukin half pipe foo (except ...not those words...) and she got all pissed at me

and taking kids in a halfpipe suposedly teaches them balence.

btw, some kids are cool with the big ass jumps, this 6 year old i no, can rip 3's across the big tables.

we have such a bad problem with this at our mountain. they put the terrain park on a beginers training area. then they put it on the run that everybody that skis over does.

the jump we had last season was a huge step down, about 60 feet when it was first built. the first sunny day in the park we were all sessioning and having a great time. since its a huge step down, you cant see anything past the lip. i go off and do a cork 7, only to see an amish dude standing on the knoll of the landing half way through my rotation. i freak out and start to wet cat. i miraculously miss the guy, but fall hard on my back. 2 herniated disks. out for a month. and the damndest part is the guy just looked at me and skied away like nothing happened. he damn near ruined my season and he just skied away. if i wasnt in so much pain, i would have pierced his torso with my broken pole.

if i said it, it must be the truth!

yep, and it pisses the fuck out of me... this one time some lady and her 2 5 year olds kept coming up the j-bar and skiing the pipe, she seemed to think she owned the place and tryed to instruct everyone on what to do
