There's very few bacons that excite me. Has to be cooked right. Thickness is a factor as well. Sometimes what's on the bacon bugs me. And depends what the bacon is on.

If I am given the choice between bacon and sausage links, I go sausage links.

I know one other person who doesn't like it, idk I just never liked the taste and texture from trying it a few times. I also don't wanna give myself more of a chance at a heart attack than I already am. I'm a picky eater overall but people are shocked when I say I don't like bacon.

I feel the exact same way about tomatoes. I guess I just hate the taste and texture of raw tomatoes but I'll gladly eat tomatoe based products for so idk.

My dad is disgusted but eats pizza and cheez it's. Some people just don't like the explosion from the tomatoes. I like them, 80% of the vegetables in my salads are tomatoes for me.

for real though i learned them in half a day but insta skiers like topher will do easy stuff like daffy butters or just slide on knuckles (OMG!) and rake in tens of thousands of views and worship by cult instagram followers. Or even this vid for example 8 thousand views and comments like "mindblown" "dirty af" "that switch landing was money" etc...

It's bullshit honestly. Bring clothing you don't give a shit about (baggy, skinny whatever) and tricks with some actual difficulty. Fuck most this new wave shit and fuck "kits". Haha.

Or just bring back OG NS, this site is depressing now. I remember in the summer time their would be at least a 100-150 active people daily. Now record is like more than 35 post a day... This site use to be something sick, kind of like a connected family feeling. Damn SJW moderators trying to push liberal agenda/communist practices on a ski site.

I never did truely see OG NS, only fragments of it and sick edits. But when I made my account and started posting last year I still remember the site having at least 100 members during peak hours with all threads being less than a day old. Fuck I should have joined sooner but I was too naive and didn't know about shit.

Ya I think I joined right in its prime, I made mine sometime around 2012, and was browsing around 2011. I don't know really what happened as I been super distant from NS the past two years, but man something did change. I do know before those two years, there was issues with mods and the site. A big red flag for me was when I would see kids wearing NS tees/stickers on hill and would shout the NS callout to them. But almost overtime they would look at me very confused or think I was very crazy...

Instgram stole everyone, to put it in perspective im the only person out of my group of friends who post on forums regularly. I've also experience the newschoolers confusion phenomenon. References about newschoolers and jokes fly over everyone's heads. I see kids wearing newschoolers stickers and talk to them, but they only know NS as an instagram page...

However, I did ask for advice doing 450 outs onetime and in my thread another kid said he saw me doing it from the chair and actually gave me good tips. It checked out and he really did see it, that was sick and we need more of that.

Omg don't even get me started on kits. When I was at mt hood in May, all these jabronis would stand around and suck each other off over their "kits". It's also all they talk about on Instagram a lot of the times. Take me back to old school

Fuck archer too, I just don't like the humor of Rick and morty, a lot of my friends do but it's just annoying too me. Personally don't like futurama, American dad, but do like most of their relatives just not the new episodes.

I mean I haven't given it a shot past 5 episodes so maybe I'm coming in a bit eager. I just didn't like it, even stoned I wasn't into to it but I can see how people think it's funny.

eh 5 episodes in is a pretty decent idea of the show, but if you didn't like it stoned you probably wont like it at all. The whole gimmick is the infinite universes with an infinite amount of timelines thing. I respect your opinion tho.

Basically it was a way to call out any skier that was wearing a newschoolers tee/stickers or suspected of having an account. It was proceed by you saying "Do you know how to get to chads gap"? Then the other person if he is a newschoolers replies with Ski patrol blew it up. It was a really cool thing and have met a ton of Newschoolers by using it. Just in the past few years has it been lost.

I've used it on multiple people around tahoe with no avail. They have NS stickers on helmets or jackets and don't know it. One guys called me a douche for asking him...which I'm still confused about.

Closest I've ever had to a reply was "fuck I don't remember what it is but it's something about bombs" lol. Close enough for me.

My friends and I once asked a liftie at my local hill if he knew where chads gap was, he began making up directions to an undisclosed location (thinking it was at our hill) I've never fucking heard of in an effort to get us to go away haha. Everyone else I've asked, besides one random dude who knew looked at me like I'm mentally retarded.

We def need to bring it back tho. I mean I'll continue to callout people so we will see.

my favorite time to ski is the spring/ summer, ill take a sunny slush day over pow most of the time. i like pow, just love wearing a thin hoodie.

long time no see Roddy, agreeable. Some of my favorite memories skiing is spring days at timberline in a tee riding with a fat squad of homies.
