I think in terms of editing, cinematography, soundtrack, and pretty much all artistic elements, Bermuda is the best movie not just of this generation but probably all time. Never seen anything as complete and detail oriented in years, and the creativity is just out of this world. Not talked about a lot but I watched it the other day and couldn’t help but try and think of a movie where editing matched Bermuda’s quality, and I straight up couldn’t lol

Same, I actually hated the song, but it fit so well with the editing/skiing so overall I think it was extremely well executed

Yes. Last one was a free screening with free New Belgium beer. Also had a garage sale and sample sale. Quite a few Jiberish and Saga articles for sale too. They usually advertise on the insta

This comment made me watch it again.

Benny Smith segment is dope and the Most Gutter parts are all sick. I do feel like a bunch of the shots from this movie got posted on insta (?) and Zanher also had realski that year (?) which hurt it when it first released but now watching it all back together as a whole it's a 10/10.

(Not the best movie of all time tho)

I just meant in terms of editing. There are definitely better movies but the creative vision of Bermuda is just like so unbelievably clear and well executed, literally cannot get over it

Welp, I was lucky enough to just watch it for the first time ever and it was fuckin solid. Not my favorite of all time but that was far and above better than anything I've seen in a long time.
 
Fuck supporting local ski shop, I’m not paying 700$ for some skis I can get for 500 online. Also I brought my surface givers in about a year ago to get some bindings mounted, I left a note that said “center mount” and they ignored it and mounted my -4 cm back and when I told them they said they wouldn’t fix it unless I paid to have them re mounted (50$). If I need something that I can’t order online or need to get skis mounted for 30 bucks I’ll just go to christys.
 
first off look for good local deals, i’d say 500 for new skis is still too steep

you probably have a shitty local shop, a lot of us around minnesota are very loyal to a shop called pinewskis. I will never get my skis touched by anyone else but them.

Some shops are wet and tourist like and exist only to prey on rich people who don’t know any better.

Dry shops that are covered in dog hair and smell of rancid pizza boxes are cool and super awesome.

I will gladly drive the one almost 1 hour in traffic after work to have them take care of my skis. They know center mount and treat you well there.

I normally don’t fuck with fisheyes that much but I gotta be honest that Keegan lip 2 ender is probably the best street clip of all time
