Has anybody seen the movie Forward? In 2 seperate clips, greg tuffelmire does a 1260 spinning to the left in a pipe gap, then in the volkl part of the sponsers section he spins a 1260 to the right! Is this actually true. did he acutally do an unnatural 1260?

if you look close, in all of that volkl video, everything is mirrored, so all of the tricks are unnaturel. sorry.

What the fuck do you expect? It's like leaving a crackhead in a room full of crack, you know what's gonna happen.
 
whats the deal with unnatural? snowboarders spin both ways as do skaters and rollerbladers. it shouldnt be such a big deal, it will be for the next few years but after that everyone is gonna say, fuckit its all the same...

uhh, maybe it's because I'm not pro, but I couldn't even imagine doing a three my unnatural way of spinning. So in my mind, I've got a lot of respect for skiers that can spin both ways.

 
Yea it is a big deal, it is on snowboards and on skates as well. Unntty tricks is part of the progresion and desirve more props.

yes CJ is right but for most snowboarders and skaters its like. First u learn f/s ones then b/s ones then you learn b/s 3s then f/s 3s and so oon and so on. Its not actully that precices but i was sooo used to spinnign bigger spins to the left before i even thought of spinning to the right so it becomes a little more diffacult then if i were just to have learnt them both ways when i was a pinner

yes gt did throw 1260's both ways to win on only like 3 hits, and in forward scott hibbert throws them too, but back in 1999 and 2000 its sick

 
unnatty is a big deal for me because as a mogul kid i must have thrown hundreds of 3's spinning to my left. now 3's are second nature and i can pretty much do em off any jump. but when i approch something to do it unnatty, i have to think twice about the fundamentals again.

my dad is an oldschool freestyler and he finds it absolutely hilarious thinking of spinning unnaty. he just cant possibly contemplate doing it. its sorta funny

goot chime in on this: unnat is just what is says: unnatural. we all know it's harder to spin one way that the other. especially going fakie..

that is part of what makes shit dope switch shit and unnat shit. like brushing your teeth with you opposite hand. i have a hard time believing unat would ever be the same a nat. is switch gunna be the same as going normal? doubt it.

unnatty is much much different then fs and bs. you can't compare snowboarding and skiing, it's entirely different. you'd be surprised how much more akward it is on skis
