Okay, what are the rules?

Say, if I said "Unlimited amount of sperm whales", would there be just one whale on my porch whenever I wanted it, or just an infinite number of whales from the second I wished for them, leading to mass panic and news coverage as there are unusually large amounts of whales appearing on my front lawn?
