I applied to U of U, but I have concerns about the mormon culture there. Is it possible to party/drink there? Are there better schools to ski and party at? Someone please confirm or deny my worries
 
Definitely possible to party/drink/all the other things. Salt Lake City is a bit more progressive and open minded than the rest of Utah, and there are plenty of non-mormons at the U. There are also plenty of Mormons who go ahead and party anyway. SLC has a decent bar scene, downtown is a good time, and despite the claims of some, good green isn't too tough to come by. People here are different, but rad. You won't have any trouble having a good time.
