Just wanted to see how many of y'all go to U of I I've seen quite a few people that looked NS-ish around and was just curious on how many of us there were.

Haha, but I've already met you, (binding dude) and I've seen you around at Schweitzer a lot, ya I will be skiing for sure tho.

ya, i realized after i posted. So it it worth buying a pass to 49 or another closer mountain( and Schweitzer pass)? and do you guys usuly drive back every time you go skiing, or stay in sand point?

No one I know does, we just all do Schweitzer or Lookout, and do day trips, hopefully this year I will do some over night sleeping in the car but I got 20ish days this year at Schweitzer driving up and back every day, I think the ski team does some trips though

It seems a bit intense getting a Brundage pass when that's 200 miles from Moscow and Schweitzer is only 2 hours or so away.

I love Brundage but I've also heard great things about Schweitzer, but do your thing.

Honestly, if you not skiing Schweitzer and ur in this area, your doing some thing wrong. seeing as the Ski and Snowboard club of U of I is promoting Schweitzer and most of them are getting passes, all the rides are going to be heading north.

Kcin, the skis and snowboard club pushed schweizter pretty hard so alot of kids have passes, check their fb page people are going to post rides there.

ill look into it. i went to there meetings when they pushed brundage but it wasnt for me so im glad to see they switched to schweitzer. yeah i have a job at maialina pizzeria so i should be able to get up more. if anyone wants a ride/wants to carpool hit me up. 360-314-8233

Awesome, We'll be up this weekend I believe, hows working at milena? I won a gift certificate there but I don't see myself spending it too soon haha

its a really cool place to work actually. the managers are basically just grown up kids haha. if you end up going and want to get the best bang for your buck then go on mon from 3-6 its two for one pizzas! take a lady friend and ill put ecstasy in her pizza. boom

Soph.

This will be the first season I actually ski in Idaho. Im originally from Seattle. Im stoked, my buddies have cabins near brundage and schwietzer(?) so ill be up there for the weekends a lot.

I met some kid in a level 1 hat in the library, said his name was Schwankey or something? if you see this hit me up if you still wanna do urban. Also, I see some frat guy in the library with a saga sticker on his water bottle all the time but have not yet had a chance to meet him

Probably schwietzer. I know like half the members ski

good choice. more backcountry and urban needs to be in order this season. Cy are you busy this winter?

If by busy you mean busy shooting and writing about skiing, then yeah, I am busy, haha. I'm gonna be hitting ski media really hard this winter hopefully. I have Monday's and Fridays off from school and have at bindings in the mail so I'm going to be shooting and skiing lot.

right on man! I would be more than stoked to get some shots this season as much as possible. Next semester I will be scheduling my classes around the snow haha

Ok Parker Smith, you were wearing a Saga shirt on campus today and I introduced myself, reveal yourself on NS!
