Hola I lived in lister my first year, but now am in a apartment just off campus. Shitty thing about edmonton is how far every ski hill is.
 
Also go to school in edmonton, tried heading out to snow valley day, is it always a cluster fuck on friday nights? Ticket line was insane.
 
If you are a student and have a schedule that allows you to get out afternoons, I go out to Rabbit Hill around 2 a lot of weekdays and there is nobody there, don't wait in any lift lines. Also nobody checks tickets unless it's actually busy
 
Yeah but you can ride the locals really easily. SV, Rab, Sunridge, ESC, Tawt. It's alllll good. I go to UBC but I'm from edmonton and I miss the easy evening park laps in edm
 
Stay clear from valley on Fridays that's their busy day. Rabbit hill is usually really dead until 6:00 on Tuesdays then gets really hectic due to 6$ tickets. I usually find Monday and Wednesday to be the least busy at rabbit
 
this is probably fairly old but.... i go to the u of a as well. dont live in lister but only a few blocks from it

on another note how many of you stay in edmonton over the summer? im looking to hook up with a few more local Ns'ers as i dont know a lot of skiers around these parts... and you cant really film yourself lol. have camera will film.
 
Hey guys, I'm a university student. I've been skiing since I was 2 years old, and I am looking for more people to ski with in the Edmonton area. I mostly ride park at valley or rabbit, but I try to get out to the mountains as often as possible. Please message me if you are looking for someone to ride with
